Soap stars Dirk Stoltz (7de Laan) and Lebohang Elephant (Generations) joined forces with The Learning Theatre to launch a customer service project at Gensec Pam Golding.

Ms Marna van der Walt, CEO of Gensec Pam Golding, hosted the sessions which were held in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. The cast of three actors, Dirk Stoltz, Lebohang Elephant and Adel Pieterse had the audiences roaring with laughter with a theatre production that dramatised horror experiences with customers and business situations.

An equine facility served as setting for the play, and the local manager had to deal with demands from stable owners, horse owners and employees. A plate of koeksisters played a prominent role although it unfortunately twisted the truth somewhat.

Hard-hitting messages were also demonstrated and a number of delegates acknowledged during the facilitated group discussions that some of the scenes mirror their own behaviour to a tee. A short and upbeat portrayal of magnificent customer service in action concluded the launch.

Delegates described the event as a "super positive experience."
