Theo Potgieter

Theo has eighteen years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management. As Human Resources Manager Practitioner he also acted as Organisational Development consultant, focusing on the total transformation process of a corporate organisation. Other focus areas include strategic direction setting, organisational culture change, and leadership development.

Currently Theo consults to various organisations as consultant in the areas of leadership development, organisational development and concentrates on helping leaders and individuals to cope with the implementation of change process. Theo is a specialist on the application of industrial theatre as an OD intervention. Academic background; BA (HONNS) Industrial Psychology 1983 - PU (CHE), M.D.P. 1989 - SBL (UNISA), Strategic Management 1993 - USW (COLOGNE) GERMANY.

Ben Kruger

Ben Kruger is well known as an actor, writer and director. As actor he was seen as Mister De Wet in "Skooldae", Jakes in "Siener in die Suburbs" and Kobus Koen in "The Game", “Sakkie Bezuidenhoudt” in “Zero Tolerance” and of course as Neef gert in 7de Laan. He worked as Resident Writer for Franz Marx Films on Egoli, was head writer on Backstage, Scandal en Villa Rosa.

He has also directed "Broerse", the first play ever to be written in Griekwa Afrikaans. It was noted as one of the highlights of the Klein Karoo Kunstefees, 1997. On top oif that he has directed plays for various other organisations, including the hit farce - "As die Kat weg is."

His latest screen credits include "Mandela and De Klerk" opposite Sidney Poitier and Micheal Caine. He has also been nominated for various awards as actor and director over his long career.

Ben is an acknowledged expert in the area of Industrial Theatre and he specialises in the writing and directing of custom-made plays regarding transformational issues and mindset-changing projects.

Henk du Plessis

Henk is a registered Industrial Psychologist, with sixteen years of experience in the fields of learning and organizational development.

Through cognitive development applications and process learning he has developed programs to assist individuals in their personal learning. Through action learning and group facilitation he has focused on team development. Henk uses a style of process consultation and systems thinking during organisational development interventions, which makes it easy for people to understand seemingly confusing issues.

Henk has a well developed understanding of the application of drama and theatre in business, which, with his experience in learning, he uses to develop theatre base workshops. Through his highly developed facilitation and interpersonal skills, he focuses not on the acting, but on drawing out learning from these interactions.
